Studio Vāstu Order & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Order Reservations ("Pay Later" / Freight Review)

For orders submitted under our Order Reservation & Review option, payment is not collected at checkout. Because our studio manually verifies freight logistics and custom crating for architectural and vintage pieces, you may cancel your reservation at any time prior to final shipping invoice approval and payment authorization. Once you approve the freight quote and authorize payment, standard fulfillment terms apply.

Standard Parcel Orders (Decor, Lighting & Small Items)

Orders for standard items shipping via parcel carriers (UPS/USPS) can be cancelled free of charge at any time prior to packaging and dispatch. Once a tracking number has been generated and the carrier has collected the parcel, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.

Large Furniture, Vintage & Architectural Freight

Due to the dedicated logistics, palletization, and blanket-wrap transport required for furniture, cancellations for confirmed freight shipments must be requested within 24 hours of payment authorization. Once freight transport has been contracted and dispatched with the carrier, cancellations are subject to carrier rerouting and handling fees.

Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Studio Vāstu does not offer recurring product subscriptions or auto-renewing merchandise charges. All transactions represent one-time purchases or verified order reservations.

Once pasted, the red validation error will clear and the Save button will turn dark and clickable. When customers click Cancellations in your checkout footer, they will see clear terms that protect your freight operations rather than generic SaaS/subscription clauses.
