...the feel

I believe spaces should be experienced with all senses. For instance, a scent in the room can transform you. The textures can energize or relax. How the room is laid out, the light, the colors and visuals can draw you to the space to fulfill what your inner state is needing. However big or small your home, I like to create spaces for unique experiences that focus on how each makes you feel.

her design philosophy

A home should allow you to breathe and exhale upon entry. I love to create modern, clean-lined design that is cozy - purposefully layered with warmth and character, worthy of indulgence and curiosity. A space that catches your eye and gives you immense joy to be within... effortlessly balancing function with beauty.

The juxtaposition of old with new, modern with warmth, and contemporary with soul creates spaces that are unexpected. A single space can in fact have multiple personalities. If designed in a refined way with balance, unity, and harmony... such designs can make some of the most unique, one-of-a-kind spaces.

A space needs to be both functional and engage your emotions. If you are looking to create a truly bespoke environment that is on one hand updated and in sync with the times, yet also rich in character, curated with unique finds from interesting parts of the world, and one that transports you to your favorite feeling when you close your eyes... you have come to the right place!

harmony with nature

Growing up, I remember how much thought and attention my parents gave to acknowledging the energy within our homes. The concept of “Pañchamahābhūta” was always prevalent... where there was always a thoughtful and peaceful unity between man-made and nature. I have always been drawn to create environments in sync with natural elements. Imagine a space that captures the warmth and gentle ultraviolet of the morning sun or enables the free flow of air and lively breezes from the northwest. This illustrates how we can be in harmony with nature and not obstruct it... taking in its full potential to deliver a beautiful and wholesome living experience.

Pañchamahābhūta

Sanskrit पञ्चमहाभूत

Consisting of three words: ‘Pañcha' meaning five, ‘mahā’ meaning great and ‘bhūta’ meaning that which exists. According to yoga and Ayurveda, all living and non-living things in the universe are made up of the five fundamental elements of life - Earth (Prithvi), Water (Jal), Fire (Agni), Air (Vayu) and Space (Aakash). Harmony of these five energies in a space enriches life within.
